Shipping, Returns, and Cancellation

Shipping:

Adult signature (Minimum age 21) required on all shipments.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. All complete bicycle orders will be shipped unassembled with no parts installed - However, you can select to have your bike fully assembled here by our trained mechanics before shipping out to you.

For parts warranty purposes all parts from other vendors should be installed by a trained mechanic.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping method chosen.

Please Note: If you need to change the shipping address after an order is placed please reach out as soon as possible. In some instances if a shipping address needs to be changed, we may need to cancel out the original order and initiate a reorder with the proper 'ship to' address. Any fees charged to us for the refund will be added to the new order total.

If your order has Free Shipping, Lynskey Performance will determine the shipping method. If you would like to choose a particular shipping method, additional charges may apply.

Import Taxes, Custom Duties, And VAT:

When a package is shipped internationally, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. You are responsible with ensuring to comply with laws and regulations of the country of destination. Lynskey Performance Products, LLC does not have any responsibility on these additional charges that may apply.

Cancellation:

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel your order. We do have a 15% cancellation fee for any order that is in place.

If the request to cancel occurs after shipping has been processed, the shipping amount will be deducted from the refund amount.

Cancellations are subject to our internal process. This includes the time it takes us to process your cancellation paperwork (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes to process your refund request (up to 15 business days). This does not include any processing time associated with the transaction from your financial institution.

Order Change Policy:

Change orders need to be requested within the first 48 hours of placing your order as this could potentially affect the lead time for the order.

Returns Policy:

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery. We reserve the right to assess a 10% restocking fee on returned product. All shipping costs will be subtracted from the amount refunded. If your product was originally shipped as "Free Freight" those original freight costs will be deducted from your refund amount. However, should the return be a result of our error, Lynskey Performance will refund all shipping costs and waive any restocking fees.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (10 to 15 business days).

Returning your Lynskey product is an easy process and begins with submitting our Return Authorization Request form below. After you have submitted this form we will contact you between 24 and 48 hours with an RA number.
