Multiple opportunities for better quality control. The shim they placed in the seat tube was poorly machined and would not accommodate a standard 27.2 mm seatpost. Furthermore, the seatpost I ordered from Lynskey was flared about 1 mm at the base, making it impossible to fit. I ended up sanding down the seat tube shim by hand because I didnt want to deal with a return (I already waited a month and they make you pay for return shipping). Their response to me was "this shouldnt be a problem", and they asked for measurements to prove it. Aside from that there was a superficial scratch on the carbon forks; but nothing major. Also---be advised---their Ti seatpost clamp WILL seize if you do not use antiseize paste on it. They do warn you about seizures, to be fair. Just use antiseize on everything. Nice frame, beautiful welds, and the lowest-priced titanium out there. But I wouldn't buy from them again just based on my customer service experience.
